RETURN AND REFUND POLICY EOW MARKETPLACE

At EOW Marketplace, we strive to offer products of the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following terms:


1. RETURN PERIOD

You have up to 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.


2. PRODUCT CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in its original packaging, unused, and in optimal condition.

  • Include all accessories, tags, and documents.

Returns will not be accepted for used, opened, or altered items.


3. NON-ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Perishable goods

  • Hydration beverages (e.g., Casa del Agua and similar)

  • Opened alcoholic beverages (e.g., G.O.A.T. Tequila)

  • Bottles or containers damaged by the user

  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened


4. RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Email hello@eowmarketplace.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will respond with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (except in cases of EOW error).


5. REFUNDS

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to your original payment method.

  • If not approved, you will be notified and the item will be returned without a refund.


6. EXCHANGES AND REPLACEMENTS

For items damaged during shipping or with manufacturing defects, you may request a free replacement within the same 7-day window.
